J Star is one of the most popular and rapper. J Star, Jagdeep Singh was born in Punjab itself. And he has also done his graduation from Khalsa College, Amritsar. And he shot to fame with his first song &#;Gabru&#; from the album &#;International Village&#;, which came after he got a recommendation from Preet Harpal, who is also his mentor. In the album, he is accompanied by Indian rapper Honey Singh. His song &#;Chammak Challo&#; was also on this album. It was only after nine years of struggle that he released the song The Gabru in And before that, he was also a DJ handler and chorus singer.

After the song Gabru, he took a gap of 2 years and returned to the Punjabi music industry with another hit Punjabi song. Boyfriend and Hulara are some of his most famous songs. He was also a part of Yash Raj&#;s &#;Veer-Zaara&#;. He is from a financially weak (couldn&#;t even afford to travel in a bus) family from Amritsar and learned music from the internet and music cassettes.

R&B and K-One were also part of J-Star. Some original R&B members left Jungiery, and the remaining members were regrouped with other Jungiery trainees to form the bubblegum-pop group LALA. K-One has since returned to Wingman Entertainment.
