PRO: The Titans traded up to select outside linebacker Harold Landry III with the 41st overall pick in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft. During his first six NFL seasons, Landry totaled a team-leading 41.5 sacks—good for 11th place on the franchise's all-time career sack list. In the organization's "Titans era" (1999–present), his 41.5 sacks through 2023 trailed only Jevon Kearse (52), Jurrell Casey (51) and Derrick Morgan (44.5). Landry's total included 10.5 sacks in 2023 after missing the entire 2022 campaign due to injury. Prior to the injury, he participated in 64 consecutive contests with 52 straight starts. The 6-foot-2-inch, 252-pound Boston College product possesses a unique ability to bend the edge as a pass rusher and use his speed, athleticism and long arms to get to the quarterback. Early life
[edit]Landry was born in Spring Lake, North Carolina to Doreen and Harold Landry on June 5, 1996.[1] Landry attended Pine Forest High School in Fayetteville, North Carolina.[2] As a senior, he had 96 tackles and 17 sacks. He committed to Boston College to play college football.[3]
College career

Landry tallied 71 tackles (42 solo), including 9.0 sacks, across 17 regular-season appearances with the Titans in 2024. He also had four passes defensed. Landry has now logged three consecutive years without missing a regular-season game, with a minimum of 70 tackles and 9.0 sacks in each campaign. He remains beneath contract for two seasons, though the Titans will have a potential 'out' for $13.1 million in dead cap to evaluate this offseason.
