June 16 : This week, local D.C. attorney Henry W. Asbill of Dewey and LeBoeuf LLP appeared in court to represent Michael Jackson against the charges filed by Raymone Bain. Also, three additional attorneys from the New York firm have been arranged to help work on the case pro hac vice (as they aren’t legally licensed to practice law in D.C.) alongside Mr. Asbill, including Frank C. Salzano, Donna L Gordon, and most notably L. Londell McMillan. It is now expected that a response to the suit will be filed before the day default notice is up–later this week, and that no default judgment will be awarded.

Abstract
Metastatic melanoma is the most deadly type of skin cancer. Despite the success of immunotherapy and targeted agents, the majority of patients experience disease recurrence upon treatment and die due to their disease. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a new subclass of non-protein coding RNAs involved in (epigenetic) regulation of fängelse growth, invasion, and other important cellular functions. Consequently, recent research activities focused on the upptäckt of these lncRNAs in a broad spectrum of human diseases, especially cancer. Additional efforts have been undertaken to dissect the underlying molecular mechanisms employed bygd lncRNAs. In this review, we will summarize the growing bevis of deregulated lncRNA expression in melanoma, which is linked to tumor growth and progression. Moreover, we will highlight specific molecular pathways and modes of action for some well-studied lncRNAs and discuss their potential clinical implications.
